Each year
- Annual corporate income tax return, filed by 30 June on the prior year's profit, taxed at the 10% flat rate.
- Annual financial statements published in the Commercial Register. The state fee is small and your accountant usually files it for you.
If you form remotely with a power of attorney instead of visiting in person, add a notary and courier cost of about EUR 400 to 600, once.
Assumptions
- State e-filing fee is EUR 28.12; on paper it is double.
- Formation service, accounting, and address bands are typical Bulgarian market rates and vary by provider.
- Figures are in EUR and current as of July 2026.
These are typical ranges to plan with, not a quote. Your actual costs depend on your provider, your turnover, and how complex your bookkeeping is.
