Terms of use

The terms on which you use this website. Short, plain, and honest about what we do and do not do.

Last updated July 23, 2026

This is a template document, written from the applicable requirements and pending review by a qualified lawyer before launch. It is not itself legal advice.

Who we are

This website is operated by Kohi Solutions Ltd (Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, EU VAT BG206220247). By using it, you agree to these terms.

What this site is, and is not

BulgariaHQ publishes general information about forming a Bulgarian company and relocating to Bulgaria, plus calculators and a way to request help. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or immigration advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship.

Regulated services (formation, accounting, legal work) are delivered by independent licensed professionals we may refer you to, not by us. We are an information and referral service.

Accuracy and no guarantees

We work hard to keep figures correct and dated, and we cite primary sources. Even so, rules and numbers change, and we make no warranty that everything is current or applies to your situation. We guarantee no outcome, and nothing here is a promise that you will qualify for anything, pay a particular rate, or obtain any permit.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you sign up or form a company through them, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. We only link options we would point a reader to regardless, and a commission never changes a recommendation. Affiliate links are marked and disclosed on the page.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or misuse the forms. We may withdraw access for misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the information here, or for the acts of the independent professionals we refer you to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We may update them; the version in force is the one published here, with the date shown above.
