Where you actually pay tax
A recurring theme on this site, and one worth putting in the disclaimer: a Bulgarian company does not, by itself, make you a 10% taxpayer. Where you live and where a company is really managed decide who taxes the profit. Assuming otherwise is the most expensive mistake in this subject, and it is why we say, repeatedly, that lowering your tax generally means genuinely relocating.
